Hey!

I am Barbora Hyklova, 2nd year Veterinary Medicine student at the University of Edinburgh who took the IB in her last two years of high school at an international school. The IB, A - levels and any other certificate programs are rigorous and really tough to get through it by yourself, trust me, I've been there. However, I would love to help explain and simplify any processes, questions and topics that you might have related to Biology so that you really understand it and aren't lost as I know what to expect. Also, if you would like any tips for veterinary medicine applications I can definitely help in that area as well. In the end, I want to aid in whatever way I can :)

Before hand, it would be beneficial if you would send me any topics or questions you are either struggling or would in general like to go over with. I will prepare for this, send in any key papers or information that I would like you to look at or be prepared to annotate during the session and then we will work with the topics throughout the hour. I can also send you some supplementary papers you might find useful as an aid for studying. I will also give you some tips on long term studying and preparing for exams if you would like. In terms of measuring progress, I could give you small quizzes to test you on the material that we went over with to see if we made progress or not and also remind certain themes that I would think are important for the exam.
