About me

I graduated from the University of Sussex in 2013 with a first-class MEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, receiving the IET Prize for highest Electrical and Electronic mark, and the Brian Roberts Prize for Best Master of Engineering. Third and fourth year projects were based on using new non-invasive sensing techniques to detect impulses in muscle tissue, and developing wireless telemetry systems for a car later raced at the Formula Student Race at Silverstone.

I am currently studying a taught component for a PhD in Communications with the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Communications, a multi-disciplinary group of mathematicians, physicists, engineers and computer scientists reasearching a wide variety of communications issues. I also have significant industrial experience of project development; from specification to completion via schematic design, PCB layout, writing firmware and manufacturing test equipment. I can usually help out with coding problems in C, ASM (PIC, 8051, TI Linear, TI Parallel), Matlab, Simulink and Labview.
