About me

I am currently a first year medical student at Imperial College London and I love both the scientific and practical aspects of the course.

Since I have only been at university for a few months, the tough application process and the struggles of A levels remain fresh in my mind, which is why I am keen to use my experiences to help younger students navigate easily through the exam season.

Since I have only been at university for a few months, the tough application process and the struggles of A levels remain fresh in my mind, which is why I am keen to use my experiences to help younger students navigate easily through the exam season.

As a member of the first cohort who took the new GCSEs, I know how daunting and unpredictable exams can be. However, my experience of taking 11 GCSEs and 4 A levels means that I have acquired a good set of study skills which are transferrable to many different subjects,

I am a keen sportswoman and have played hockey at a regional level. I currently play for my university first team, and also love going on runs.

About my sessions

The best way to learn is not by passively reading and regurgitating, but by actively pushing yourself to grasp concepts in order to apply them in unfamiliar situations.

I will apply this principle in all of my sessions by pushing my students to grasp concepts in an encouraging and stimulating way.

I will apply this principle in all of my sessions by pushing my students to grasp concepts in an encouraging and stimulating way.

My lessons will be delivered differently each week, but will consist of a mixture of practice questions, exam technique, common slip-ups and teaching of difficult topics that students often struggle with. After each topic has been covered I will ask the student a series of questions after asking them to revise in order to gauge their progress.
