About me

Experience working with international students and adults, improving their written and spoken English skills, has greatly enhanced my skills of explanation. I aim to inspire confidence in students, balancing the development of their own personal writing style with the infusion of key methods in essay writing in order for students to comfortably and eloquently articulate their arguments.

I have greatly enjoyed teaching English Language to 8-15 year olds over the past two summers and have found I work well with young adults. Although English Literature is very much a creative subject and, often, there are no right or wrong answers, there are many methods and specific ways of writing for which exam boards look in order to award top marks. This means regular one-to-one sessions with students are extremely beneficial, and for some students, necessary in order to achieve the student's full potential.

I sat my English Literature and Language exams with CCEA exam board.

Available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4.30-6.30

                 Wednesday 12-5

                 Friday and Saturday 12-8
