Degree: BA HONS ANCIENT, MEDIEVAL AND MODERN HISTORY (Bachelors) - Durham University
Hi! I'm Erin, a second year History student at Durham University.
I have always had a passion and enthusiasm for History and English, whilst at the same time understand how stressful and daunting exam season can sometimes be - especially when it comes to getting to grips with all that essay writing!
As such, my tutorials will be focused on breaking down the specific issues and concepts that you are having trouble with, as well as looking at course content and how best to adapt your subject knowledge to meet the criteria of the exam.
No issue is too small when it comes to your understanding, and I hope to make the process of getting to grips with the material as rewarding as possible.
Please do get in touch if you have any questions, and in relation to A level and GCSE examinations, please specify the exam board you are working with.

When time is sparse, the best way to distinguish what the source is telling us to read it once and pick out three seperate lines from it.
After doing this, look at each one and describe what each line is literally demonstrating. This means you have three seperate things to say about the source with direct single word analysis. From this starting point, it is then much easier to state your argument.see more
