About me

Victoria Z, 19, student at Durham University, reading Law. I am a Bulgarian, throughout 12 years of studying the English language I have aquired a proficiency level comparable to that of a native English speaker. From a young age I have been learning German, and reached the B2 level on the Common European Framework for Languages (CEF) in German by acquiring a 7 in my IB German examination. I am able to teach languages (English, German and Bulgarian) as well as subjects such as history, literature and biology. Nevertheless, my specialty is Maths. I have studied in one of the best maths schools in Bulgaria - the Sofia High School of Mathematics, spending at least nine hours a week studying Maths in school and a further eight hours a week doing independent work. I have knowledge on a diverse set ot mathematical fields s.a. Algebra, Mathematical Analysis, Geometry, and Applied Mathematics s.a. Probability and Statistics.

I respond quickly to messages, so do not hesitate in asking me any questions!

About my sessions

I am very patient, caring and I love to spend time with people of all ages, especially when I can help and teach people the things I have learnt over my years to help them to their best in their academic lives. My motivation to chose Law as my undergraduate degree was largely the fact that I wanted to work something of social value and which would allow me to use my individual and collective problem solving skills for achieving the best result in a minimum amount of time. These are the skills that I strive to teach my students - efficiency and effectiveness!
