About me

About me:

I am a 2nd year computer scientist at the University of Bristol. I have always thought that maths isn't one of those things that has to be boring - it can be enjoyable too! With my tutorials, hopefully you can feel the same way too!

Through GCSE and A level maths, I always made sure to help my friends if they were stuck on a particularly tough problem, and now that my brother is at that stage, I have been able to help him too.

Helping someone to understand a problem is such a satisfying feeling, and I hope to help as many people as I can.

What will the sessions be like?

Any problem you face, I will be there to help. After all, it's your session - therefore it's your choice.

I will go through everything you need to understand the topic using the theory of the topic, as well as going through some examples. We will go through concepts and examples to the point where you can answer test questions, and explain why it works. After all, understanding is key.

But of course, you can't be learning things without having a bit of fun! Maths doesn't have to be boring, and hopefully this impression will rub off on you from the sessions.

What do I do next?

If you have any questions about me or my sessions, feel free to send me a WebMail or book a 'Meet The Tutor' session - both of which can be done via this website.

Don't forget to let me know how I can help, though! I'll help from any problems from something as simple as circles to something as complex as calculus.

Hope to hear from you soon!
