How can I best prepare for the UKCAT?

This is a question that I asked myself multiple times before preparing for the UKCAT. There are many people that this is not a test that cannot be revised, which I do agree to some extent - it isn't an exam with a pre-outlined syllabus with specific objectives that you can tackle systematically. However it is definitely false when people state that you cannot prepare for it - this can be done through learning systematic techniques of how to tackle each individual section quickly and precisely, sharpening your exam technique, and quick decision making.
