What key stakeholders can directly effect a business?

There are various stakeholders which directly influence a business, firstly an example of this would be employees, if a businesses employees aren't working to an appropriate level then the production of the business will be lowered thus impacting the overall profitability.

Secondly Customers will directly impact the business as without these the inflow of cash will be very low meaning the sustainability of the business is low
