Convert 560nmol to mmol. 1) nmol – 10-9 --> mmol – 10-3 2) L <--  S (Large goes on the left) 3) Bounce decimal point to the left 4) -9 --> -3 = difference of 6 so bounce decimal point 6 places to the left 5) 0 0 0 0 5 6 0. 6) 0.00056   560nmol = 0.00056 mmol = 5.6 x 10-4 mmol
