How should one include extra curriculars to their Personal Statement and what is the importance of this?

Extra Curricular activities are very important because it shows growth and interest that one might continue at University. If this is an activity that is relatable to their degree it is also an excellent oppertunity show continued passion and any achievments one may have attained. These activities could be included at the end of the PS or throughout the Essay and must always be done so with a smooth transition.
