How do you go about writing a 25 mark essay question?

Always start with planning. Even if there is little time, mind map briefly as many points that you could talk about. Ideally you need to write about at least five.Always start the essay with a brief introduction, this can include a brief description or definition. This will help you settle in to the question and the examiner will feel more confident in you. Each paragraph that follows will be the point you planned on the mind map. Start each paragraph by answering the question, this is what examiners want to see.
