How do I find a fraction of a number?

An easy way to find a fraction of a number is to divide by the denominator (the bottom of the fraction) and multiply by the numerator (the top of the fraction). For example, to find 3/5 of 60 we would first divide 60 by 5, which gives us 12. Then we multiply 12 by 3 to get 36
