How can I incorporate my work experience into a personal statement for medicine?

I like to think of it in terms of 'point, quote, explanation' the algorithm for structuring answers in English, which you may be familiar with. Start with a transferable skill you want to demonstrate, follow this with a scenario from your work experience that is pertinent and conclude with how this experience and skill you developed as a result make you an ideal candidate for medicine.
