Two ways in which both starch and cellulose are similar in regards to structure are that they are both made up of monosaccharides and contain glucose.Two ways in which starch and cellulose differ in structure is that starch is made up of alpha glucose whereas cellulose is made up of beta glucose and starch has a branched structure whereas cellulose has an unbranched structure.
