How do I conjugate the present tense form of an irregular verb such as 'hacer'?

HACER Unlike regular verbs in the present tense, 'hacer' has an irregular stem in the first person singular (yo) form.
The conjugation in the present tense is as follows: YO - hago, TÚ - haces, ÉL/ELLA - hace, NOSOTROS/AS - hacemos, VOSOTROS/AS - hacéis, ELLOS/AS - hacen
