To gain the two marks for this question you would first need to show knowledge, therefore give a brief definition of the term “outsourcing,” followed by one way a business can use outsourcing. An example answer would be: Outsourcing involves a business contracting out part of the business to an outside supplier, for example a business using an independent manufacturer to produce their products.
