What is the difference between Ser and Estar

Ser is permanentDOCTOR:  Descriptions, Occupations, Characteristics, Time, Origin, and Relationships.
Estar is user to indicate temporary states and locations. PLACE stands for Position, Location, Action, Condition, and Emotion.
