Explain and define the term RICE

RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation.

Rest - Stopping doing the activity to help prevent causing greater injury

Ice - Apply ice to the injury to help reduce the inflammation

Compression - Apply Pressure to the injury to help reduce the inflammation too

Elevation - Raise the injured body part to reduce bloodflow to the area.
