To help improve your speaking I would recommend watching youtube videos in Spanish and Spanish films. Not only will it help you improve your accent but it will alsohelp you improve your vocab. Additionally, you can always partner up with a friend and practise with each other. This will help you gain more confidence in your Spanish ready for your speaking exam.
