Expand the brackets: 4m - 8 = 5tm + 3t Collect all m variables to one side: 4m - 5tm = 3t + 8 Take a factor of m out: m(4 - 5t) = 3t + 8 Divide both sides by (4 - 5t): m = (3t + 8) / (4 - 5t)
