What are you studying and why did you choose it?
I’m studying Biomedical Sciences at Kings College, London. Eventually, I would like to go into medicine, and I hope that having a scientific understanding of the human body first will help me in the future.
What do you enjoy doing outside of your degree?
I love playing the guitar, and I go climbing every week. I also love travelling when I have time!
What do you most enjoy about tutoring?
I find this job very intellectually rewarding, and at the same time satisfying as I see my students improve, both academically and in their confidence in themselves.
What made you choose tutoring?
I’ve done voluntary tutoring in the past, but MyTutor offered the opportunity to move onto a more professional level of teaching.

I can absolutely see the impact of tutoring on my students; as weeks go by I can see positive change in them, especially in the way they answer past paper questions and explain the concepts back to me.
What do you hope your students will get out of your lessons?
I aim to make my tutorials really interactive and engaging, and I hope that I help my students to improve their academic understanding of the subjects, as well as helping them to enjoy their subject more.
