What is the meaning of having a 3 by 3 matrix with determinent 0. Both geometrically and algebriaclly.

The matrix is singular.

No inverse matrix.

Geometrically: No unique point of intersection of planes, Either no common point, a line of intersection or the three planes coincide.

Alegebriacally: No unique solution either no solution or infinetly many solutions.
