How do you say that the transition era in Spanish history lead to economic and poiltical changes?

you would say: 'la Transicion Española significo grnades cambios economicos, sociales y politicos'

you could also add what those changes are, to show the examiner you have really researched this topic area. I would include that spain became a free market economy (economia de libre mercado) as an economic change, and that the transition lead to the end of the dictatorship as a political change. these are good because you can expand on these ideas and get more credit.
