How do you structure an essay in French?

Writing an essay in French can be a daunting task but it can be treated in the same way as writing an essay in English or any language. You can do that by using paragraph markers (eg. To begin with, firstly, secondly, all considered) to make your writing clear. You can also use a variety of tenses including the subjunctive.
