Write down 9.02x10^-3 and 2.6x10^5?

All you have to do for 9.02x10^-3 is put 0.00902 which is basically putting 0.(because of 10^-3) and move two decimal places and put 902. 2.6x10^5 is a positive power of 10 hence you have to add four zeros next to 26 giving 260000.
