Outline Freud's concept of the iceberg mind.

If you picture an iceberg, the tip is visible above the water, meanwhile the bottom is not visible or easily accessible. The visible top of the iceberg represents the conscious mind, which we can access easily. However, the base of the iceberg represents the pre/unconscious mind of which we cannot reach. Experiences and thoughts are hidden within this unreachable unconscious.
