Find where the graph of y=3x^2+7x-6 crosses the x axis

At the point where the line crosses the x axis, y=0 3x^2+7x-6=0 (3x-2)(x+3)=0 3x-2=0 or x+3=0 giving x=2/3 and x=-3 so the line crosses the x axis at (2/3,0) and (-3,0)

Differentiate x^2 + y^2 with respect to x
