We are going to use the F.O.I.L Method for this expansion, FIRST 2x*x = 2x 2 OUTSIDE 2x*3 = 6x INSIDE -4x*x = -4x LAST -4*3 = -12 Now to add up all the terms we have found 2x 2 +6x-4x+12 = 2x 2 +2x+12
