Explain two benefits to a business of ensuring the protection of their employees’ health and safety (4)

By ensuring the protection of their employee's health and safety an employer can dimish the chance of accidents occurring in the workplace. This is beneficial as less business working days would be lost to an employee who is absent because they are recovering from an injury they got from work. Another benefit is that demonstrating care for your employees makes them feel valued and in turn may be likely to stay with the company longer. It also reflects well on the company's image as if you didn't demonstrate your care and concern for the heath and safety of your employees you may get some bad press that would put of customers purchasing from you.
