What are the key components that make up a skilled performance and explain what they are?

A skilled performance needs to be learned (the performer has spent time practising the movement), Efficient (so no energy is unnecessarily wasted), Goal-directed (it is pre-determined and the performer made a decision to execute that movement), Fluency (this is where one part of the movement flows into another making it seem as though it is one), Aesthetically Pleasing ( the performance is nice to watch and looks good), Consistency (when the performance is repeated it similarily skillful to past performances where it is successful) and lastly Techincal (this is where the movement is executed correctly to how it has been coached and demonstrated)
