What are the problems?

Possibilities are A homelessness B crime C air pollution D youth violence E unemployment F recycling First of all, I would ask if they know the meanings of the words. Then I would ask them to identify and underline phrases that they think define a problem, e.g. "non è possibile riciclare", "non lavora", "disoccupati", which lead to E unemployment and F recylcling being the problems.
