Introduction - Define key words and introduce key quotations e.g. 'green eyed monster that doth mock the meat it feeds on', 'sweet Desdemon', 'I hate the Moor, and it is thought abroad that 'twixt my sheets he's done my office'. Set out argument. Paragraph 1 - Discuss reasons why Othello's downfall is due to his jealousy. Paragraph 2 - Discuss reasons why the downfall is not due to jealousy, but hubris e.g. 'one that lov'd not wisely but too well'. Innate, unchangable flaws within human nature. Paragraph 3 (Crunch) - Strongest argument that the tragedy of the play is orchestrated by Iago's manipulations, catalysed by HIS hubris and jealousy. Conclusion.
