What are the advantages of franchising?

The franchisee will be buying into a established brand so there will be less risk of the business failing because they have a good repuattion and have a product which consumers will demand.

They will benefit from the franchisors marketing campaigns which will mean a wider exposure to the company through a wide ranege of advertising sources e.g Television which they would not be able to reach by themselves.

The franchsisor will be able to support the business in the long-term through training and support in staff management which will lead to a reduced labour turnover in the long run.
