Explain one study related to localisation of function in the brain.

To begin with, an introduction must clearly set out what is to be explained in the essay. Key words must be defined. The first key words is "localisation." After defining the key words, the study that is to be tackeld in the essay must be named and briefly related to the question. One such study is the case of HM.

One must then move on to the body of the essay and give a thorough explanation of the details of the case.

One must then relate the details of the case to the idea of localisation of function in the brain referring to the areas of the brain that are related to certain functions and how the loss suffered by HM was a result of the damage incurred on a certain part of his brain.

Lastly, a summarised answer to the question must take place where the answer is brought to a conclusion.
