Integrate natural Log x

Take the integral as 1 x ln(x) instead of just ln(x). Use integration by parts giving two terms, the first is now just xln(x) and the second is the integral of 1 dx. This is easy to integrate giving the final answer as xln(x) -x + c.

How do I find the co-ordinates of a stationary point of a given line and determine whether it is a minimum or a maximum point?

A curve has parametric equations x = 2 sin θ, y = cos 2θ. Find y in terms of x

Differentiate f(x) with respect to x. Find the stationary value and state if it is a maxima, minima or point of inflection f(x) = 6x^3 + 2x^2 + 1
