How to multiply and divide mixed fractions

Multiply: First have to make the fraction whole. To do this we multiply the first number by the denominator. Then we add it to the numerator to get a top heavy fraction. Now we can simply multiply the two numerators and denominators together and then simply the fraction.Divide: To divide we switch the numerator and denominator of one of the fractions and then we can multiply the two fractions together to get one whole fraction. Again, we can simplify this also.
