Describe the two types of long-term memory. Give a brief example for each. (4 marks.)

Episodic memory refers to a memory of personal experience and events, such as remembering a party with friends.Semantic memory refers to remembering factual information / general knowledge of the world, such as remembering that the Queen lives in Buckingham Palace.Procedural memory refers to remembering learned skills / how to do things, such as remembering how to ride a bike.(Any two of the above sentences or similar for full marks).
