Use Maslow's hierarchy of needs to identify and explain factors that influence jab satisfaction.

You should first define Maslow's hierarchy of needs (a motivational theory that comprises of a five-level hierarchical pyramid of human needs. From the bottom to the top, the needs are: basic needs, safety needs, belonging, esteem and self-actualisation. According to Maslow, each individual should be satisfied at lower levels in order to proceed to a higher level). Then choose two or three factors that influence job satisfaction and relate them to motivation in terms of Maslow. Some factors that influence job satisfaction involve attaining a sense of achievement with the work you do which relates to self-actualisation. Additionally, when your work gets good recognition in terms of responsibility given, rewards awarded and status, esteem needs are satisfied. Working in teams with good communication and group work leads to a feeling of involvement which satisfies the social needs.
