16.7% or 1/6.The combinations for (dice 1, dice 2) which total 7 are: (6,1), (5,2), (4,3), (3,4), (2,5), (1,6).Total possible cocmbinations = 36.Hence 6/36=1/6=0.166... or 16.7%
