Outline and describe the behavioural approach to psychology.

The behavioural approach to psychology assumes that human behaviour is largely a result of environmental factors. A such, behaviours are not static and can be unlearned and new behaviours learnt in return via the likes of classical or operant conditioning as we are considered to be born a 'blank slate'.
