How can I improve my answers beyond the basic information of the course specification?

Research! The basic course information will provide some examples however the best answers will have all the most recent examples. A good way to collect this is to have a news app on your phone which you check daily. If you can, edit the app so the topics you are studying can be featured on your home page. Screen shot or email yourself the links to these articles and keep them in a folder for you to use when it comes to exam time. Along with this, at the end of each topic (or during) google the topic and see what articles come up. This can simply include researching quotes (e.g. sovereignty quotes).
