Learning vocabulary is a big part of learning a new language but there are lots of ways that you can make this easier for yourself.

Creating a sentence with the new word in or drawing a picture of it can help you remember what it means or how to use it.

Though it sounds boring, repetition is essential if you want to remember the new word for more than a few minutes, but I would recommend using websites such as Quizlet.com to make this easier and more fun. Quizlet lets you create online flashcards so that you can practise and test yourself in lots of different ways. I can also teach you some games that you can play on your own or with friends to help the words sink in.
