What is the process of applying to medical school?

First you have to be sure that this is what you want to do. You should have undertaken some work experience in a medical environment to gain some idea of this. It is also helpful to have done some volunteering in a healthcare related setting. You have to write a personal statement and usually take an aptitude test (UK). These are the ukcat or bmat. From this most medical schools require an interview.
