Comment on how Mozart uses Melody, Tonality, Structure, Rhythm and Instrumentation in the 1st Movement from Symphony No. 40 in G Minor, K 550

In the Melody, Mozart uses periodic phrasing and splits the melody in to two themes - the first subject and the second subject. The tonality of the first subject is G Minor and the second subject is in Bb Major. In the recapitulation however, the second subject is in G Minor. The structure of the piece is Sonata form. He piece consists of an Exposition, a Codetta, a Development section, a Recapitulation section and then a Coda. The first subject contains repeated quaver-quaver-crotchet rhythms while the second subject contains mainly crotchets and minims. The piece has been composed for an orchestra. However the are no trumpets, no percussion and only one flute.
