¿Piensas que los jovenes son demasiado perezosos con respecto a la salud?

Con respecto a la salud hoy en día parece que los jóvenes están entre el descuido y la obsesión. Por un lado parece que a muchos jóvenes sólo les interesa emborracharse, drogarse y participar en otras actividades igualmente peligrosas. Algunos jóvenes parecen pensar que son inmortales y que pueden descuidar completamente la salud. Pero por otro lado hay un grupo más reducido de jóvenes que siguen tan estrechamente todos los consejos sobre la comida saludable que llega a convertirse en una obsesión que puede conducir a enfermedades como la anorexia y la bulimia.A mi modo de ver la respuesta más adecuada a este problema reside en fomentar un interés en el deporte desde una edad muy joven. Y claro no deberíamos enfocarnos tanto en los deportes tradicionales sino ofrecer a los niños una gama amplia de actividades e intereses saludables que sean divertidos y alegres. Y no deberíamos insistir en la competitividad. De esta forma crearemos cuerpos sanos.
