Calculate 7.6 x 32.5

Treat both numbers as whole numbers - i.e 76 x 325 (remember at the end that there are still decimals!) 76 x 325 = 24,700 ( This will be explained by using the two lines by 1st method or method that the student finds easiest)Remember the decimal points! Since between 7.6 and 32.5, there are 2 decimal places between them. Then if 76 x 325 = 24,700...7.6 x 32.5 = 247
