If a box full of feathers and a box full of bricks were to be dropped at the same time and from the same height, which one would hit the ground first?

In a vacuum (no air): -Both boxes fall at the same rate and hit the ground at the same time. -Gravity accelerates all objects equally at 9.8 m/s², regardless of mass. In real-world conditions (with air): -Air resistance affects lighter or less compact objects more. -A box full of feathers may fall more slowly if it’s larger or less aerodynamic. -A box full of bricks is denser and experiences less drag → more likely to hit the ground first. If both boxes are the same shape and size: -Air resistance affects them similarly. -They will fall at nearly the same rate and land around the same time.

A bowling ball is thrown into the alley, having velocity of 3 ms^-1 at the start of the bowling alley. It decelerates at a constant rate, before hitting the skittles at 2 ms^-1 after 4 s A) calculate the acceleration of the ball.

Why do we say that objects moving in a circle have acceleration even if their speed remains constant?
