How do I answer the hardest question in a Medicine interview - Why Medicine?

This is where no-one can help you answer the question but yourself - ask yourself honestly why it is that you want to do Medicine? Was is seeing a family member suffering from something? Was it after your work experience? Was it because you are genuinely interested in the human anatomy? The first hurdle to answering this question is finding what YOUR motivation to study Medicine is. Once you find this, the answer will come easily and naturally to you. This isn't a trick question - you just need to essentially do an elevator pitch using your personal statement and there is your starting point.
