Which is the essential enzyme in the Calvin Cycle?

The answer is RuBisCo (or simply Rubisco). This enzyme helps in the formation of two 3-carbon molecules = glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P) from a pentose. The process involves the fixation of CO2 in the pentose.
